The Pease Study Report by the US Centers for Disease Control Has Been Released

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) released the Pease Study: Design, Methods, and Cohort Description report.

776 adults and 180 children participated in the study. The descriptive analyses in this report found that adults and children in this study had significantly higher levels of certain PFAS (PFOS, PFOA, PFNA, and PFHxS) and significantly lower levels of one PFAS (MeFOSAA) compared to NHANES 2017-2018.
