Anticipation of Taxes Loan: 

In answer to some questions the Town Hall has received, tax bills were mailed out late this year and as a result cash flow was low in December.  In order to meet our commitments we borrowed funds, for 14 days, after discussion at a joint meeting with the Sewer Commission.  The Sewer Commission agreed to the loan with the approval of their legal counsel.

We are very appreciative and want to publicly thank the Sewer Commissioners for their cooperation.
