Rest in Peace, Native Son, Fire Chief Darin Sabine

With great sadness the Newington Board of Fire Engineers, together with Assistant Fire Chief EJ Hoyt and the women and men of our Fire Department, mourn the passing of our Fire Chief Darin Sabine.  Our native son battled terminal illness with unwavering courage.  We extend our most heartfelt sympathies to his family at this tragic time.  Circle around Newington-as you always do-with thoughts and prayers for our neighbors in need.
